Who am I?

I have always had an interest for finding out how things work and giving things a try, this has led to me learning many useful skills over the years.

I started as a child with skateboards and bikes taking them apart, sanding, fixing problems or re-spraying and keeping them maintained. If a household item broke I would take it apart to see how it worked. I loved being in a shed or garage, building and fixing.

When I was older and had my own shed and garage I filled them with tools as I learnt more about DIY; plumbing, heating, landscaping and electrics. I also love vehicles and started working on cars before I could drive, I enjoy maintaining and fixing them. I own a classic car which tends to require a lot of maintenance to keep it on the road.

I enjoy being a handyman as it keeps work varied with the hope of the occasional unusual task.
